Release lock via SMS

We are pleased to announce that now you can auto-release your e-Cover account if it is locked via SMS.


To release the locking of your account, please follow the steps below:

  1. Key in REL {login ID}
    Eg. REL 012345
  2. Send to 36600
  3. You will recieve a SMS reply message from e-Cover

*Each SMS costs RM0.30

Clearing cache setting

Clearing your cache can significantly improve speed and the performance of your browser.


Microsoft Edge for PC

1. Clear browser data in Microsoft Edge with the keyboard shortcut.
  1. Press the keys Ctrl , Shift and Del
  2. A new Window opens. Select the option "temporary services and files".
  3. Confirm your selection by clicking on the "delete" button.
2. Delete the browser cache in Microsoft Edge through the menu.
  1. Click on the "Hub" symbol in the main menu.
  2. Then browse to the "History".
  3. Now you can click on "Delete the whole History".
  4. Check the option "temporary services and files" and confirm the selection with a click on the "Delete" Button.

Internet Explorer 11 for PC

1. Clear the cache with a keyboard shortcut
  1. Press the Ctrl, Shift and Del Key together. A Popup-Window opens. "Delete browser history".
  2. Remove all checks except the selection "Temporary Internet files and website files".
  3. Click on the Button "Delete" to empty the browser cache. In comparsion to other browsers there is no option to select the time period. You'll delete all cache data.
  4. Reload the page.
2. Delete the cache through the internet options in the window menu of the browser.
  1. Click on the cog-symbol in the upper right corner of the browser and open the menu "Extras".
  2. Select the item "Internet options".
  3. In the tab "General" you can find a section "Browser history". When you click on the button "Delete" a new Window opens.
  4. Now you are on the same page as in the description above.
  5. Follow the steps from Step 2.

Google Chrome for PC

1. Clear the cache with a keyboard shortcut
  1. Press the keys Ctrl, Shift and Del. Be sure you press all the keys at once.
  2. A new window opens: "Clear Browser cache".
  3. Here you can select in the upper dropdown-menu, for which time period you want to delete the cache data. You can select between "last hour", "last day", "last week", "last four weeks" or "all".
  4. If you want to delete all cache date, select "all".
  5. Check the box in front of "Images and Files in Cache".
  6. Submit your selection by clicking the "Delete Browser data" Button.
  7. Reload your site.
How to Disable Pop-Up Blocker

Google Chrome for PC

  1. Open your Chrome browser
  2. In the upper right-hand corner, click the three vertical dots, then select Settings.
  3. At the bottom of the menu, click Advanced
  4. Select Pop-ups and redirects.
  5. At the top of the menu, toggle the setting to Allowed to disable the pop-up blocker.

Mozilla Firefox for PC

  1. Open your Firefox browser
  2. Click the Menu button, then select Options
  3. Select Privacy & Security
  4. Under Permissions, uncheck Block pop-up windows to disable the pop-up blocker

Microsoft Edge for PC

  1. Open your Microsoft Edge browser
  2. Go to Settings, then select more > Settings > Privacy & security
  3. Under Security, switch Block pop-ups to off to disable the pop-up blocker

Safari for Mac

  1. Select Safari > Preferences, then select Websites
  2. Select Pop-up Windows
  3. Use the When visiting other websites drop-down menu and select Allow to disable the pop-up blocker

IOS for Iphone

Safari for iOS:
  1. On your iOS device, open the Settings menu
  2. Select Safari
  3. Slide Block Pop-ups to off (white) to disable pop-up blocking
Chrome for iOS:
  1. On your iOS device, open the Chrome app
  2. Tap More > Settings
  3. Tap Content Settings, then tap Block Pop-ups
  4. Turn Block Pop-ups off to allow pop-ups

Android

Chrome:
  1. On your Android device, open the Chrome app
  2. Tap More > Settings
  3. Tap Site settings, then Pop-ups and redirects
  4. Turn Pop-ups and redirects on to allow pop-ups
Samsung Internet:
  1. On your Android device, open the Samsung Internet app
  2. Tap the Menu icon (three vertical lines)
  3. Select Settings
  4. Under Advanced, tap Sites and downloads
  5. Slide Block Pop-ups to off (white) to disable pop-up blocking
Firefox:

There is currently no way to access the pop-up blocker settings in Firefox for Android. We recommend following steps from Mozilla to adjust your pop-up blocker settings.
